YASO® can be used in the same way as minced meat. Due to its water and fat binding properties you might add more water, fat and seasoning (except salt) during cooking. It can partially replace minced meat.  25-35% of minced pork or other fat meat and 15-25% of minced poultry can be replaced by YASO®

  • for heat treatment, simmering and roasting more added liquid is needed
  • for preparing meat loaf no additional egg is needed
